The Board resolution dated March 23, 2023, the BOD of Transimex Corporation approved the following issues: 1)      Approved the adjustment of plan to guarantee loan for Long An Investment Single-Member Limited Company. 2)      Approved the plan for middle-term loan of Long An Investment Single-Member Limited Company. 3)      Approved the loan guarantee for Transimex Logistics Corporation at Vietinbank. 4)      Approved the plan for purchasing container ship.
