UIC: BOD resolution dated March 27, 2023

The Board resolution dated March 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of Idico Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the signing of contracts with shareholders owning 51% or more than of the total voting shares. Accordingly, Idico Corporation – JSC is the appropriate subject under this agreement. The expected contract value will be VND11,221,645,877.
