BMD: Notice of stock status

On March 31, 2023, HNX announces the status of Binh Thuan Environmental Urban Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: BMD) as follows: 
- BMD shares are put on alert starting from 05/04/2023 due to the reason that The auditor issued a qualified opinion on the Financial Statement for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
