FTM: Notice of stock status

On April 04, 2023, HNX announces the status of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: FTM) as follows: FTM shares are under continued trading restriction since 04/04/2023 due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 and the company had negative owner equity as prescribed at points a, c, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
