TL4: Decision on being put into trading restriction

Following Decision No. 352/QD-SGDHN dated 06/04/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TL4 stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the auditor has a disclaimer opinion on the audited financial statements for 2022
- Effective date: 11/04/2023. The stock under trading restriction status can only be traded on weekly Friday trading session.
- Applicable laws: Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
