TL4: Notice of stock status

On April 06, 2023, HNX announces the status of Hydraulics Construction Corporation No.4’s shares (stock code: TL4) as follows: TL4 shares are being put into trading restriction since 11/04/2023 due to the reasons that the auditor has a disclaimer opinion on the audited financial statements for 2022
according to regulation at Point c, Clause 1, Article 34 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
