VTG: Decision on continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 328/QD-SGDHN dated 05/04/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of VTG stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The auditor has a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022.  
- Trading restriction: only be traded on Friday weekly
- Effective date: 05/04/2023
- Applicable laws: Point c, Clause 1, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, the company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under trading restriction to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media.
