SCS: BOD resolution dated April 11, 2023

The Board resolution dated April 11, 2023, the BOD of Sai Gon Cargo Service approved the following issues: 1)      Approved the business result in 2022, audited by A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited: -          Total revenue:       910,097 million dongs -          Profit before tax:   605,278 million dongs. 2)      Approved to postpone the time to hold the Annual General Meeting but no later than June 30, 2023.
