HSL: Personnel change

On April 20, 2023, Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company announced the following personnel changes from April 19, 2023: 1)         The appointment of: Mr. Luu Chien Thang as independent member of the BOD for the term 2021-2026 Ms. Bui Phuong Anh as member of the Supervisory Board 2)         The resignation of: Mr. Nguyen Viet Linh as member of the BOD for the term 2021-2026 Ms. Tran Ngoc Lan as member of the Supervisory Board.
