Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2023 dated April 12, 2023 as follows: Article 1: Approving the result business in 2022 and business plan for 2023. Article 2: Approving the reports of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2022 and 2023. Article 3: Approving the reports on business plan for 2023. Article 4: Approving the 2022 audited financial statement. Article 5: Approving the profit distribution plan in 2021 and 2022. Article 6: Approving to adjust the 2021 dividend payment and the 2022 dividend payment. Article 7: Approving the remuneration payment to the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2022 and 2023. Article 8: Approving to choose an auditing firm for fiscal year 2023. Article 9: Approving to add business line. Article 10: Approving to stock issuance for capital increase. Article 11: Approving to stock issuance for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
