AAA: Personnel change

The Board resolution dated April 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows: 1)     Appointment: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Van – Chief Accountant to be the authorized person in charge of Corporate Governance and information disclosure. 2)     Resignation: Ms. Pham Thi Dung - the person in charge of Corporate Governance Mr. Doan Viet Khuong – the authorized person in charge of information disclosure.
