On April 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade Of Viet Nam issued the Board resolution regarding the approval for increasing charter capital. Accordingly, VCB will issue shares to pay dividend from the remaining profit after tax of 2019 and 2020.
