POS: Change in personnel

PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Nguyen Le Tra has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 26/4/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Phong has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 26/4/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 26/4/2023.
