The BOD resolution dated May 08, 2023, the BOD of BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company approved the implementation of the plan to issue shares for dividend payment in 2023 and for increasing capital from the owner's equity which was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023. 1)      For dividend payment: Stock name: BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company Stock code: BSI Stock type: common share Issue volume: 9,365,033 shares Total issue value: VND 93,650,330,000 Issue ratio: 5% Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down.
