PTI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 1703/2023/CV-PTI dated 9th May 2023 of Post – Telecommunication Joint Stock Insuarance Corporation (securities code: PTI) regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders on the record date: 3rd April 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 3rd April 2023 in accordance with Notice 961/TB-VSD dated 14th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Company needs more time for better preparation of 2023 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
