CNG: BoD approves to issue shares to raise capital

On May 15, 2023, the Board of Directors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity: -          Exercise ratio: 100:30 -          Estimated issue volume: 8,099,901 shares -          Total issue value: VND80,999,010,000. -          Financial resource: investment & development fund -          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled. -          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II.2023.
