NSG: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Saigon Plastic Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NSG) as follows: NSG shares are under continued trading restriction since 22/05/2023 because the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2022 for over 45 days, the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Points  b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
