AGG: Resolution on the AGM 2023

An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation (AGG) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2023 dated May 25, 2023 with the following contents: 1)      The AGM approved the 2022 BOD report. 2)      The AGM approved the business plan for 2023: -          Net revenue:                                        3,000 billion dongs -          Profit after tax (parent company):       100 billion dongs. 3)      The AGM approved the 2022 Supervisory Board report. 4)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022 by Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd. 5)      The AGM approved the list of audit firms for thee financial statements in 2023, including: -          Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd; -          PwC Vietnam Com Ltd; -          KPMG Com Ltd; -          Deloitte Vietnam Com Ltd. 6)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD in 2023: VND 1,647,999,984 7)      The AGM approved the amendment of the Company’s charter and Corporate Governance Regulation. 8)      The AGM approved the 2022 profit distribution: No. Content Amount (VND) 1 Profit after tax of parent company in 2022 18,965,726,119 2 Funds 0   Reward and Welfare fund 0 3 Remaining profit after the distribution to funds 18,965,726,119
