On June 09, 2023, Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity as follows: -          Stock name: Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank -          Stock type: common share -          Stock type: VIB -          Par value: 10,000 dongs -          Number of shares issued: 2,107,672,945 shares -          Number of outstanding shares: 2,107,672,945 shares -          Number of treasury shares: 0 share -          Number of shares expected to be issued: 421,534,589 shares -          Total value (at par value): 4,215,345,890,000 dongs -          Exercise ratio: 20% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 20 new shares). -          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be decided by the Board of Directors. -          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 82 shares. With 20% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 82 *2/100= 16.4 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 16 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.4 share will be decided by the Board of Directors. -          Record date: June 23, 2023.
