VCB: Approving the transaction with related party

On June 15, 2023, the BOD of Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade Of Viet Nam issued the Board resolution regarding the approval for the credit limit with Mizuho Bank Ltd (institution related to VCB).
