HVN: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no. 911/TCTHK-VP dated 15th June 2023 of Vietnam Airlines Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 24th May 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1392/TB-VSD dated 4th May 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Vietnam Airlines Joint Stock Company needs more time to prepare 2023 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
