On June 20, 2023, the BOD of Sai Gon – Ha Noi Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2022 as follows: -          Stock name: Sai Gon – Ha Noi Commercial Joint Stock Bank -          Stock type: common share -          Par value: VND10,000/share -          Estimated issue volume: 552,039,661 shares -          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND5,520,396,610,000 -          Exercise ratio: 100:18 (Those own who 100 shares will receive 18 new shares) -          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled. -          Estimated time of implementation: 2023, being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
