Power Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 (PC1) announces the Board resolution dated June 19, 2023 to approve the following issues:  Approve the transfer of business type from Hoang Mai – No.1 Power Construction Installation Company Limited to PC1 Thang Long Joint Stock Company with charter capital of VND15,000,000,000 (PC1 owns 66% charter capital after transferring). Approve the transfer of business type from Dai Mo – No.1 Power Construction Installation Company Limited to PC1 Ha Noi Joint Stock Company with charter capital of VND15,000,000,000 (PC1 owns 66% charter capital after transferring).
