VIB: Approval on the increase of charter capital of VIBAMC

On May 29, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank VIB issued the resolution to approve the following contents: Approved the increase of charter capital of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Asset Management Company Limited (VIBAMC – VIB’s subsidiary) from 350 billion dongs to 850 billion dongs. Approved the amendment of VIBAMC charter.
