The Board resolution dated May 31, 2023, the Board of ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation approved the following contents: Approved the signing of agreement with the TTP Auditing Company Limited to conduct the audit of financial statement in 2023. Approved the remuneration plan of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2023. Approved the additional agreements with related parties (related to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa – Deputy General Director): Thang Long Mineral and Urban Bridge Street Construction Joint Stock Company; HNA Development Investment Corporation; Vietnam Investment Trading and Service Development Joint Stock Company.
