HSL: Approving the transaction with related parties

The Board resolution dated June 23, 2023, the BOD of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company approved the transaction with related parties with details as follows: Approve to allow Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products Company Limited to borrow capital with total amount of VND41,000,000,000. Approve to allow Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company Production Plant Branch to borrow capital with total amount of VND10,000,000,000.
