PRE: Notice on discontinuing the review of the dossier on the change in security listing

On July 21, 2023, HNX announced Notice No. 1540/SGDHN-QLNY on discontinuing the review of the dossier on changing security listing at the Hanoi Stock Exchange. 
On 13/03/2023, HNX received the dossier on changing the security listing of the Company. Following that, the Company has Office Dispatch No. 43/PVIRe-THDT on committing the supplement of the report on ownership’s equity of share issuance audited and Offical Dispatch No. 44/PVIRe-THDT on committing the supplement of securities registration certificate according to the new charter capital. However, there have been 60 days and HNX has just received the securities registration certificate according to the new charter capital and is yet to receive the report on the ownership’s equity of share issuance audited. 
According to regulation in Clause 8 Article 6 Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP on 31/12/2020 of the Government on regulating detailed enforcement of a number of Articles of Securities Law, HNX discontinues reviewing the dossier on changing listing of the Company. HNX requests the Company to complement the dossier on changing listing as soon as possible so that the Company can be listed to ensure the benefits of shareholders.
