Issue rate: 1.96% equivalent to the rights exercise rate of 1,000,000:88.228 (on the record date for the list of shareholders to exercise the rights, shareholders owning 1,000,000 shares on the record date for the list will receive 88.228 newly issued shares).
Source of capital for the issuance: From undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2022.
Plan on handling fractional shares: The number of shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit position to ensure that the actual number of issued shares does not exceed the total number of offered shares.
