Vinacomin - Deo Nai Coal Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in coal mining. It is involved in the operation of Deo Nai coal field, along with the exploration, processing, transportation and related activities of coal mining. The Company is also engaged in construction of mining structures, as well as the provision of repair and maintenance services for mining vehicles. It also manufactures rubber products and trades construction materials. Other activities include inland water port operations and aquaculture. As of December 31, 2016, the Company was a subsidiary of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin).

- Vinacomin - Deo Nai Coal Joint Stock Company was originally an open cast mine under Bac Ky Coal Exploitation Company.
- On Aug 01, 1960, Cam Pha Enterprise was dissolved to form new coal mines, including Deo Nai coal mine.
- Following Decision No. 414 NL/TCCBLD dated June 30, 1993 of the Ministry of Energy, Deo Nai Coal Mine was re-established as a subsidiary with dependent accounting systems under Cam Pha Coal Company.
- Following Decision No. 2601 QD/TCCB dated Sept 17, 1996 of the Minister of Industry, the state-owned company called Deo Nai Coal Mine was established.
- Following Decision Ni. 404/QD-HDQT dated Oct 01, 2001 of the Management Board of Vietnam Coal Corporation (now known as Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group or Vinacomin in abbreviation), it was renamed to Deo Nai Coal Company – a subsidiary with independent accountin system under the corporation.
- The company was equitized following Decision No. 1968/QD-BCN dated Jul 27, 2006 of the Minister of Industry.
- Vinacomin - Deo Nai Coal Joint Stock Company officially came into operation on Jan 01, 2007 with an initial charter capital of VND 80 billion, 51% of which was state capital (held by Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group).
- On Nov 21, 2008, the company’s shares were officially listed on the Ha Noi Stock Exchange (stock code: TDN).
