NTACO Corporation is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the food processing sector. The Company is involved in the processing of frozen Pangasius hypophthalmus fillets and other value-added fish products, as well as fish powder, fat and bone. In addition, it is engaged in rice milling and polishing, and the manufacture of animal and aqua feeds. Other activities include aquaculture, the manufacture and trading of paper and plastic packagings, as well as fertilizers and other farm supplies. In addition, it performs construction activities for civil, industrial, traffic and irrigation projects, levels grounds, exploits sand and pebbles, welds and assembles explosive mechanical products. The Company's products are sold in domestic and foreign markets.

NTACO JSC, previously known as Tuan Anh Co., Ltd, was established on August 15, 2000 with the initial charter capital of VND 2.7 billion. The company's name business activities were raising double dotted queen fish; building bridges,roads, transportation and irrigation works. It main office was located in 231/B9 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.
The company started building a Frozen seafood processing factory in 2002 and by Sep 2003, the factory was out into operation with the capacity of 33,600 tons / year
To expand the market for value-added items from fish , the company opened two branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to provide these items in supermarkets across the country . The company's charter capital was adjusted to to VND 35,112,080,000 and at the same time its headquarter was re-relocated to No 99 Hung Vuong Street., Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.
On April 11, 2007, the company was officially converted into the joint-stock company with charter capital of VND 100 billion.NTACO operated under Business License No.5203000066 issued for the first time by the Department of Planning and Investment of An GiangProvince on Apr 11, 2007 and adjusted for the fourth time on Mar 19, 2008
On August 26, 2009, the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) officially allowed NTACO Co. to list its shares on the exchange.
In 2011, the company increased its charter capital to VND 120 billion using its pre-tax profit.
Its shares were delisted on Feb 06. 2017 because the auditor company refused to give opinion on its 2015 audited financial statement.
