 'Market outlook:  

Stock market: The market continued to correct more than 13 points today and ended the session at 1,220.61. Market breadth tilted to the negative side, however 10/18 sectors gained thanks to the contribution of large-cap stocks. Good gainers today include: Utilities, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Retail... Regarding foreign investors' transactions, today they were net sellers on both the HSX and HNX. The market is still on the correction, so investors should be careful in the next trading sessions. The current support level of VN-Index is 1,205.

Future contracts: Futures contracts decreased according to the movement of VN30. Investors are recommended to be cautious in the coming sessions.

Covered warrants: In the trading session on August 10, 2023, warrants fluctuated according to the weakening trend of the underlying stock.

Highlights:
• VN-Index -13.38 points, closing at 1220.61. HNX-Index -1.97 points, closing at 243.91.
• Pulling the index up: VIC (+2.05), GAS (+0.49), NVL (+0.35), SJS (+0.12), OCB (+0.12).
• Pulling the index down: BID (-2.2), VCB (-2.06), MSN (-1.82), CTG (-1.05), GVR (-0.72).
• The matched value of VN-Index reached VND 19,556 billion, decreased -1.77% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 20,232 billion.
• The trading range is 17.58 points. The market had 118 advancers, 45 reference stocks, 371 decliners.
• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -342.34 billion on HOSE, including FUEVFVND (-93.56 billion), MSN (-91.42 billion), VPB (-82.68 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -8.72 billion.
