Market outlook  

Stock market: The market traded in the range of 1,080 - 1,090 all day today before closing at 1,089.66 points, up nearly 13 points compared to yesterday. Market breadth tilted positively with 16/18 sectors increasing, of which the strongest increase belonged to the Basic Resources, followed by the Industrial Goods & Services. Regarding foreign transactions, today they were net buyers on both HSX and HNX. In the coming trading sessions, the market needs to fill the gap of 1,080 - 1,100 to confirm the recovery.

Futures contracts: Futures contracts all increased in accordance with the movement of the VN30. It is recommended that investors trade cautiously in the coming sessions.

Covered warrants: During the trading session on November 6, 2023, warrants fluctuate according to the recovery rhythm of the underlying stock.

• VN-Index +12.88 points, closing at 1089.66. HNX-Index +1.85 points, closing at 219.59.
• Pulling the index up: VPB (+2.03), HPG (+0.95), VCB (+0.82), SAB (+0.75), MBB (+0.72).
• Pulling the index down: MWG (-0.31), VRE (-0.22), OCB (-0.12), HDB (-0.07), GAS (-0.06).
• The matched value of VN-Index reached VND 11,041 billion, decreased -22.91% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 14,079 billion.
• The trading range is 8.85 points. The market had 367 advancers, 74 reference stocks, 176 decliners.
• Foreign investors' net buying value: VND 350.7 billion on HOSE, including STB (158.56 billion), HPG (119.74 billion), HSG (39.59 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 136.75 billion.
